Handle your jewelry with care. Swarovski crystals are essentially cut glass. They are vulnerable to shattering or chipping, so try not to drop your jewelry or knock it on hard surfaces.

The Swarovski crystals have a special coating that makes them more brilliant (sparkle is a good thing!). If that coating becomes dull, it won't shine like it was intended. So don't get lotion, hairspray, makeup, chemicals or perfume on your jewelry. Take your jewelry off before sleeping and especially before swimming or showering.

If your jewelry need to be cleaned, it can be done by a local jewelry store. Or you can polish the stones yourself with a soft cloth. A soft cloth is also good for removing fingerprints. You can use an jewelry polishing cloth to remove the tarnish from the metal but do not use those cloths on the crystals...it will diminish the shine. If your stones are really dirty, you can gently, gently wash the stones in a diluted soapy water bath. Don't leave in the water for more than a minute. Let the piece air dry after washing. Only "wash" your piece as a last resort.

Coffee & Sparkle Dates
If you're in Chicago, we're happy to schedule a Coffee & Sparkle Date. We'll bring the Objets collection to meet you at a local coffee house. You can shop the jewelry at your leisure. Contact us for an appointment.

If a necklace gets tangled, lay the piece on a flat surface and unclasp the clasp. Use 2 toothpicks to gently release the knot.

If you are purchasing a gift, please tell us! We are happy to tie a bright bow around the gift box. And we can included a short gift message on a handwritten card. Please use the comment section on the order form to give us your instructions.

We accept Mastercard and Visa on this site, over the phone and in person. We also accept cash and checks...they must be received before we can ship your purchase. Contact us to make arrangements.

If you're in Chicago, feel free to schedule a pick up, meet up, or drop off. We'll give you a coupon code so you don't have to pay for shipping.

Private Shopping Events
If you're interested in hosting a private shopping event, please contact us. We'd love to come visit! The best way to experience the Objets collection is in person!

Nothing makes us sadder than a piece that isn't able to be worn! We want you to wear and enjoy your Objets jewelry. If you need a repair, please contact us. Many repairs are done for free...that is decided on a case-by-case basis. You only pay for shipping. For other repairs, there might be a minor materials fee of $10-$25.

Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly take returns or make exchanges on most items within 7 days of purchase, just contact us! Shipping costs are not refundable. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs. Items must be returned in a box or sturdy package and it must be insured. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Made-to-order items or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.

Sales Tax
Orders that are shipped to addresses in Illinois are subject to 9.5% sales tax.

Regular shipping is via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. It is generally delivered in 1-3 days across the U.S. If it doesn't arrive within 10 days of placing your order, please contact us. We'll be happy to track the package. FedEx 2 Day arrives 2 days after the ship date. FedEx Standard Overnight arrives the next day by 4pm to most locations.

Objets d'Envy does not accept responsibility for delays due to weather or mechanical issues. But we really want you to have your jewelry! So please contact us with any problems, concerns or questions!

Shipping Schedule
Your jewelry will be sent out in 1-4 days after the order is placed. If there are any delays, we will contact you. Oftentimes we make your piece upon ordering, so...

Priority is given to orders requesting FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx 2 Day. If you need a piece of jewelry by a certain date, we can often accommodate. Just tell us in the comment section. Or send us an email or call.

Most of our pieces fit everyone. If you'd like a longer or shorter chain, that can sometimes be done. Please make a note of that in the comment section.

The Rock Candy Bracelet can be lengthened or shortened as necessary. Please see measurements below. The standard length is 8.25 inches long and fits most women. The size is a bit forgiving because the bracelet is designed to "dangle." So it's a little long. If you need special sizing, please note that in the comment section.

Wrist diameters:
5.5"-6" wrist, request .5" shorter
6"-6.75" wrist, the standard length of 8.25" is fine
6.75"-8.5" wrist, request .75"-1" longer

Store your jewelry in an airtight container or jewelry box. The oxygen in the air is what tarnishes metal. So if you keep it in an enclosed space, it'll stay shiny and pretty. The zip bag that came with your purchase is the perfect airtight container. Store your piece with the clasp closed, lying flat if possible.

Zip Bag
For best storage, keep your jewelry in the small zip bag that your jewelry arrives in or in an air-tight jewelry box. That will protect it from tarnishing.
